Jane is the founder of Debro Estates. Jane has a long and successful record in the rental industry in Johannesburg and many of her competitors either have departments that were set up by her or by staff who trained under Jane initially.

Jane set up and ran the then highly successful rental department of Camdon's (formerly Camdon's Nationwide). She also ran the rental division of Seeff, Sandton

Jane's skills in accurately valuing a property and the ability to pair together people and property however cannot be taught and this has allowed her to achieve great success in this industry - to the point that when the Institute of Estate Agents hold a seminar on rentals the speaker they chose - to lecture other agents on how to do this work - was Jane de Broglio.

Jane concentrates on properties in Johannesburg northern suburbs, Sandton and Randburg. The properties on her books range in monthly rentals from R4000 to over R60 000.
