The modern entrance to the building already gives you a feel for the modern design and style of this apartment. There is a reception in the entrance where visitors need to sign in . There are lifts in the building which is convenient to get to this apartment especially if you have parked in the under ground garage which is included with the apartment . This lovely apartment has more space than you are expecting a tiled open plan living area with lounge dining room and separate dining room & open plan kitchen. The dining area is on the left as you enter the apartment and there is a granite serving counter shared between the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine connection , a dish washing connection , a glass top stove with extractor fan and an under counter oven. There is also a breakfast counter. On the other side of the kitchen is your living area/ lounge which has sliding doors leading out into the enclosed TV room which in turn opens out onto the spacious and beautiful private garden. The TV room also has curtain rails. The main bedroom is tiled throughout with great wardrobe space The full bathroom has double basins, a walk in shower and a bath and double basins it has just been retiled .
